De belangrijkste algemene voorwaarden in een notendop:

Wanneer u een van onze producten bestelt, gaat u ermee akkoord gebonden te zijn aan deze algemene voorwaarden.
Door een bestelling te plaatsen bij YANNUCCI garandeert u dat u ten minste 18 jaar oud bent of toestemming van uw ouders heeft om bij ons te kopen.
Alle persoonlijke informatie die u ons verstrekt of die we verkrijgen, wordt behandeld door YANNUCCI als verantwoordelijke voor de persoonlijke informatie.
Gebeurtenissen buiten de controle van YANNUCCI worden beschouwd als overmacht.
De geldende prijs is die welke is vastgesteld op het moment waarop u uw bestelling plaatst.
Verzendkosten en betalingskosten worden herkend voordat de aankoop wordt bevestigd.
Houd er rekening mee dat er lokale kosten in rekening kunnen worden gebracht.

Op deze pagina vindt u de algemene voorwaarden. Lees deze algemene voorwaarden zorgvuldig door voordat u producten bij ons bestelt. U dient te begrijpen dat door het bestellen van een van onze producten, u ermee akkoord gaat gebonden te zijn aan deze algemene voorwaarden.
Door een bestelling bij YANNUCCI te plaatsen, garandeert u dat u ten minste 18 jaar oud bent (of toestemming van de ouders hebt om bij ons te kopen) en accepteert u deze algemene voorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op alle bestellingen die bij YANNUCCI worden geplaatst of moeten worden geplaatst voor de verkoop en levering van producten. Geen van deze algemene voorwaarden heeft invloed op uw wettelijke rechten. Geen enkele andere voorwaarden of wijzigingen in de algemene voorwaarden zijn bindend, tenzij schriftelijk door ons overeengekomen.

Sectie 2 – Persoonlijke informatie

Alle persoonlijke informatie die u ons verstrekt of die we verkrijgen, wordt behandeld door YANNUCCI als verantwoordelijke voor de persoonlijke informatie. De persoonlijke informatie die u verstrekt, wordt gebruikt om ervoor te zorgen dat u de bestelling goed ontvangt, de kredietbeoordeling, om u aanbiedingen en informatie over onze catalogus te verstrekken. De door u verstrekte informatie is alleen beschikbaar voor YANNUCCI en Tictail en wordt niet gedeeld met andere derden. U heeft recht op inzage in de informatie die over u wordt bewaard. U hebt altijd het recht yannucci te verzoeken de informatie over u te verwijderen of te corrigeren. Door de YANNUCCI-voorwaarden te accepteren, gaat u akkoord met het bovenstaande.

Sectie 3 – Overmacht

Gebeurtenissen buiten de macht van YANNUCCI, die redelijkerwijs niet te voorzien zijn, worden beschouwd als overmacht, wat betekent dat YANNUCCI is vrijgesteld van de verplichtingen van YANNUCCI om contractuele overeenkomsten na te komen. Voorbeelden van dergelijke gebeurtenissen zijn overheidsactie of -omissie, nieuwe of gewijzigde wetgeving, conflict, embargo, brand of overstroming, sabotage, ongeval, oorlog, natuurrampen, stakingen of gebrek aan levering van leveranciers. De overmacht omvat ook overheidsbeslissingen die de markt negatief beïnvloeden en producten, bijvoorbeeld beperkingen, waarschuwingen, verbod, enz.

Sectie 4 – Betaling

Alle producten blijven eigendom van YANNUCCI totdat de volledige betaling is gedaan. De geldende prijs is die welke is vastgesteld op de datum waarop u uw bestelling plaatst. Verzendkosten en betalingskosten worden herkend voordat de aankoop wordt bevestigd. Als u jonger bent dan 18 jaar, moet u toestemming hebben van uw ouders om bij YANNUCCI te kopen.
Alle overdrachten die via YANNUCCI worden uitgevoerd, worden afgehandeld en afgehandeld via speciale gateways van derden om uw bescherming te garanderen. Sectie 6 – Retourneren en ruilen

Conform het herroepingsrecht zoals opgenomen in BOEK VI van het Wetboek Economisch Recht – art. VI.47 en verder.

Als u een product wilt retourneren, zijn wij er om u te helpen, dus neem eerst contact met ons op! Er zijn enkele regels voor het ruilen of retourneren van producten!

Bekijk eerst de regels!

Als u een retourzending wilt doen, stuur ons dan binnen 48 uur een e-mail (info@yannucci.be) of een bericht (+32497458647) met daarin uw naam, adres, e-mailadres, het bestelnummer en een specificatie van welke artikelen de retourzending betreft, bij voorkeur met behulp van het retourformulier. Verzend de artikelen voor retour binnen 10 dagen na de datum van de kennisgeving. U bent verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade die artikelen oplopen tijdens de retourzending. Wij raden u dan ook ten zeerste aan de producten goed verpakt, in goede staat en in de originele doos en/of verpakking te verzenden. Indien mogelijk, geef ons een tracking-nummer voor de retourzending. Als een geretourneerd artikel internationaal wordt verzonden, markeer dan als “GERETOURNEERDE GOEDEREN” om douanekosten te voorkomen. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele kosten die worden opgelegd aan pakketten geretourneerd door de douane. Tenzij anders overeengekomen, wordt de terugbetaling verwerkt via dezelfde betaalmethode die u hebt gebruikt om uw oorspronkelijke aankoop te doen. Als het product of de verpakking wordt gebruikt of beschadigd, behouden wij ons het recht voor om eventuele waardeverminderingen in mindering te brengen bij de terugbetaling van het product
We kunnen niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor producten die tijdens het transport verloren zijn gegaan.
Wilt u overschakelen naar een andere maat van hetzelfde product?
• E-mail ons, geef uw klantinformatie, en vertel ons dat u het product en de grootte die u wilt ontvangen in ruil daarvoor terugstuurt.
Wilt u overschakelen naar een ander product? Stuur het product dat u hebt ontvangen terug en stuur ons een e-mail waarin u ons vertelt welk product u in plaats daarvan wilt
Zorg ervoor dat alle eerdere informatie wordt begrepen en gerespecteerd voordat u contact met ons opneemt.

Sectie 7 – Cookies

YANNUCCI gebruikt cookies volgens de nieuwe Wet elektronische communicatie, die op 25 juli 2003 in werking is getreden. Een cookie is een klein tekstbestand dat op uw computer wordt opgeslagen en dat informatie bevat die de website helpt de bezoeker te identificeren en te volgen. Cookies schaden uw computer niet, bestaan alleen uit tekst, kunnen geen virussen bevatten en nemen vrijwel geen ruimte in beslag op uw harde schijf. In het geval dat een product uitverkocht is, heeft YANNUCCI het recht om de bestelling te annuleren en het betaalde bedrag op de beste manier terug te betalen. Section 2 – Personal Information

Section 3 – Force Majeure

Events outside YANNUCCI’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that YANNUCCI is released from YANNUCCI’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Section 4 – Payment

All products remain YANNUCCI’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from YANNUCCI.
All transfers conducted through YANNUCCI are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the selected payment gateway provider as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Section 5 – Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Section 6 – Returns and exchanges

In accordance with the right of withdrawal as contained in BOOK VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law – Art. VI.47 et seq.

If you want to return a product, we are here to help you, so please contact us first! There are some rules before exchanging or returning any products! Check out the rules of engagement first!

If you wish to make a return, send us an e-mail (info@yannucci.be), or a message (+32497458647) within 48 hours including your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items that the return relates to, preferably using the return form. Ship the items for return within 10 days of the date of the notification. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product
